Wonderlife d.o.o. (“Wonderlife”, “we”, “us”, “our”) operates the Sensiplan+ mobile application (the “App”) and related services (together, the “Service”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect personal data when you use the Service.

By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. What data we collect

For a better experience, while using our Service, we may ask you to provide certain information (for example, to set up your app profile or enable optional features). Any cycle-related entries you create (e.g., observations) are primarily stored on your device. We do not need your cycle data to be stored on our servers to provide the core app functionality.

The App supports Backup & Restore via Google Drive. To use it, you must sign in with your Google account and grant the App access to a private hidden app folder in your Google Drive.

• When enabled, the App may receive basic Google account information (such as name and email) from Google.

• Your email address may be used to display which Google account is currently connected.

• Backup files are stored in the App’s private Google Drive folder and can be retrieved when you restore.

We do not store Google user data on our servers and do not share it with third parties. You can disconnect Google Drive at any time in the App or through your Google account settings.

The App is distributed through the Apple App Store (for iOS devices) or GooglePlay (for Android devices) and may also be distributed through other marketplaces. If you purchase a subscription or other paid feature via the Apple App Store, Apple processes the payment and may collect and process information about the transaction in accordance with Apple’s own policies. We do not receive your full payment card details from Apple; we generally receive only limited information necessary to provide access (for example, confirmation that a purchase or subscription is active).

We want to inform you that whenever you use our Service, in the case of an error in the App, we may collect data and information (through third-party tools) on your device called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address (or similar network identifiers), device name/model, operating system version, the configuration of the App when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other technical statistics.

We use Log Data to troubleshoot issues, improve stability, and enhance the Service.

Cookies are files with a small amount of data that are commonly used as anonymous unique identifiers. These are sent to your browser from websites you visit and are stored on your device.

This Service does not use cookies in the App itself. However, our website (and embedded third-party components) may use cookies or similar technologies to improve functionality and user experience. You can usually control cookie settings via your browser.

How we use your data

• Provide and maintain the Service (including Backup & Restore if you enable it)

• Improve App performance, reliability, and user experience

We do not sell your personal data.

The App uses third-party services that may process limited data as part of providing their functionality. Depending on your device and settings, these may include:

• Google Play Services (Android ecosystem services)

• Google Drive (Backup & Restore, if enabled by you)

• Apple App Store (distribution, purchases and billing on iOS)

These third parties may process data under their own privacy policies. We recommend reviewing the relevant Google and Apple privacy information.

We may also use service providers for technical support or diagnostics; they are permitted to access data only as necessary to perform tasks on our behalf and are bound by confidentiality and data protection obligations.

Data retention

• On-device data: Stored on your device until you delete it or uninstall the App.

• Google Drive backups (optional): Retained in your private Google Drive folder until you delete backups or disconnect the feature.

• Log Data: Kept only as long as necessary for troubleshooting, security, and improvement purposes, and then deleted or anonymized where possible.

Security

We value your trust and strive to use commercially acceptable means of protecting your information. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your rights (EEA/UK – GDPR)

Where applicable, you may have the right to access, rectify, delete, restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent (where processing is based on consent), and data portability, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
